There should be a physical book produced. This should be distributed to prisoners, who have tons of time on their hands and nothing better to do than join a religion, as a way of showing they're trying to turn their lives back around, and to have a social group they can hang out with, etc.
In fact, ideally prisoners should get Vintologi accepted by the bureaucracy as an officially approved religion, so that they can hold services in the prison chapel, get a budget allocated to them out of state funds, and receive a bunch of other perks like getting to wear religious headgear, have religious feasts at taxpayer expense, etc. The Vintologi bible can also be ordered for the chapel library. See https://www.bop.gov/policy/progstat/5360_009.pdf and https://www.bop.gov/policy/technical/5360_02.pdf See also https://www.bop.gov/inmates/custody_and_care/religious_programs.jsp See also https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/politics/exclusive-nation-of-islam-receiving-federal-cash-to-teach-prisoners and https://www.prisonlegalnews.org/news/2019/jul/2/federal-government-pays-nation-islam-teach-bop-prisoners/ and https://www.bop.gov/foia/docs/islammanual.pdf and https://oig.justice.gov/special/0404/index.htm
What's the point of all this, from the prisoner's point of view? Well, religious services are some of the few programs available to prisoners, especially at the local jail level. Like every human, they feel a need to belong; and during times of incarceration, they probably feel rejected and frowned upon by society.
Every religion, with the possible exception of exclusive sex cults which have no relevance to prisoners, should try to get a foothold in the prison system, just because it represents low-hanging fruit; I mean, where else would you begin. You want to recruit the down and out. Alcoholics and drug addicts and whatnot. People in crisis.
Other crisis-addled people could include those who are going through a divorce or something, and have no friends who want to listen to their stories about what a bitch she's being. The church can offer emotional support and a sense of newfound purpose in these trying times; he can feel like he's leaving the past behind by joining this new group of people who don't know his ex and are the only ones who aren't going to believe her stories about how he allegedly raped her.
The incelosphere also probably represents potentially fertile recruitment grounds, though. It's all just a matter of marketing in a way that will be effective. Some losers won't see the benefit, but who cares about them; it's just as well that they are repelled by it. They would've been a liability anyway.
